If you’ve just set up WordPress with one of our WordPress Hosting plans or any of the packages provided by Astrihost, or if it was imported manually, the login page is accessible in the same manner.

If you are waiting for DNS propagation, you may need to wait, or you can temporarily edit your hosts file to test or visit your site (DNS propagation can take up to 72 hours, but usually takes less than 24 hours).

To get started, follow the steps below to access your WordPress admin area:

  1. Open a new browser and go to your site.
  2. Once you’ve visited your site, for example, [https://exampledomain.co.za], add /wp-login.php to the URL [https://exampledomain.co.za/wp-login.php] (Note: replace exampledomain.com with your domain name).
  3. Once you access the page and enter your username and password, you will be logged into your WordPress dashboard.

You are now ready to get started. If you need any assistance, please feel free to contact our support team.
