Webmail applications use the host server’s time zone by default. If the webmail time zone doesn’t match your location, you can change it. Once you adjust the time zone setting, all timestamps in the webmail interface will update to the new time zone immediately. Below are the steps to change the time zone in Horde and Roundcube webmail applications.

Roundcube

To change the time zone in Roundcube:

  1. Login:
    • Log in to your email account using the Roundcube interface from your cPanel.
  2. Access Settings:
    • Click Settings.
  3. Set Time Zone:
    • Click Preferences > User Interface.
    • Specify your time zone.
    • Click Save.

Horde

To change the time zone in Horde:

  1. Login:
    • Access your webmail account using the Horde interface.
  2. Access Preferences:
    • Hover over the Tools icon.
    • Navigate to Preferences > Global Preferences.
  3. Set Time Zone:
    • Select Locale and Time.
    • Specify your time zone.
    • Click Save.
