Step 1.

Login

Log in to your account https://my.astrihost.com/index.php

  1. From the dashboard, click on ‘Login to Control Panel
Step 2.

Select Account

  1. Scroll down to the ‘Email‘ section
  2. Click ‘Autoresponders‘ option
Step 3.

Create

  1. Select a Domain from the dropdown menu.
  2. Click the ‘Add Autoresponder‘ button.
Step 4.

Details

  1. Choose a ‘Character Set‘ (we recommend the default)
  2. Enter the number of hours between responses. (we will use 0 for the purpose of this tutorial)

Scroll down.

Step 5.

Enter the required information.

  1. Email
  2. Select a Domain
  3. Use the %from% tag in the from text box. (or use a name like ‘SALES‘)
  4. Use the %subject% tag in the from text box. (or use a message like ‘Out of Office‘)
Step 6.

Finalise

  1. Enter the ‘Body‘ (reply) for the autoresponder.
  2. Select Start and Stop dates.
  3. Click the ‘Create‘ button.
